How well does the builder control the job site? What is the value of the POA? How do they maintain empty lots? Weed control? Trash?

Take a drive through and look around. Trash in empty lots and on job sites. Lots are not maintained regularly or at all.
Careful what you do with your dog poop in a bag. Heaven forbid you throw it in a trash ring as you're walking by.
Quality Contractors or Cheap Contractors
If a company claims premier customer service and quality, it is important to hire contractors who provide unparalleled workmanship on every assignment.
How has the homeowner experience been? What can we do to help you provide real-world reviews and possible outcomes?
On-time Completion?
Will the builder work with you to meet deadlines and coordinate with other related projects. How will the builder maintain open communication with you to keep you up to date on the status of your job? Will the builder make warranty repairs or change according to your preferences?
Great Service?
Will the builder use industry knowledge, the highest quality building supplies and equipment, and maintain their dedication to deliver exceptional throughout the process? Will the builder communicate and work with you, or against you, throughout the entire process?
